Depending on the status of your order different messages may appear:

2.Pending: means your sneaker or product is in a different location or maybe out of stock.

3.Update/Ready: means your order is ready to ship we are just waiting for fedex to pick it up.

4.Shipped: means your order has been shipped. There should be a tracking number when your order status is shipped.

5.Not In Stock: means your sneaker or product is out of stock.

6 .Refund: means your order has been refunded.

12.)  What is the sneakerchoice.com and Return Policy?
We will gladly accept returns in brand new condition. All shoes purchased from sneakerchoice.com/ can only be returned in brand new condition with the original box and all applicable accessories (ex. retro card, original shoe laces, etc.) The return must be requested 14 days from the day the shoes are delivered to our customers. Returns and exchanges back to sneakerchoice.com must be posted marked within 14 days your request has been approved.

*Defective shoes must be mailed back to Manufacturers (example: Nike, Adidas) in exchange a gift certificate at the shoes' suggested retail price value. We can only guarantee that the shoes purchased from sneakerchoice.com are authentic and in brand new condition, no exceptions. We can not guarantee the condition of the shoebox. For collectors or as a gift, please add a note on the note line when placing the order for us to pick the best shoebox. For detail information on how to return your defective shoes to Nike please email us.
